Setting Default Tones of Voice
As a workspace or team administrator, you can set default Tones of Voice for various templates. For instance, you might prefer a distinct tone for emails compared to social media posts — defaults can be tailored accordingly.
This feature is particularly valuable for businesses with team members managing different channels and templates, each requiring specific tones of voice. By setting these defaults, you streamline workflows, ensure consistency, and make collaboration more efficient.

-
Using the Default in Editors
-
Short-Form Editor → When creating ads, social posts, or headlines, the default tone will pre-fill automatically.

You can always override the default by selecting a different tone before generating.
Best Practices
-
One default per workspace → Keep defaults aligned with the primary use case for that team.
-
Review quarterly → As campaigns evolve, check if the default tone still matches your brand direction.
-
Experiment carefully → Use non-default tones to test performance variations, but keep your default stable for consistency.
